2. Services Provided
We offer installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
3. Bookings and Quotes
- All quotes are valid for [e.g. 14] days unless stated otherwise.
- Bookings may be subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Emergency call-out fees apply outside business hours.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit may be required for parts or large projects.
- Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or cash.
- Late payment may incur interest and/or recovery fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- If you’re entitled to a refund due to faulty workmanship, we will either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, weather).
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the premises.
- Disclose any known issues with electrical or cooling systems.
- Ensure pets or children are secured during service calls.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, remains our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
